Four Seasons hotel adds in-room fitness center

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley in East Palo Alto, Calif., is the first to feature Tonal, the intelligent gym and personal trainer, in room for guests to use at their convenience. The guest experience also features a fitness center redesigned in consultation with Harley Pasternak and mindful tips and heart-healthy menu items by wellness consultant and author Yvonne Tally.

“These additions to the guest experience promote holistic well-being and productivity,” GM Florian Riedel said in a statement. “Those who want to maintain their personal wellness while traveling can do so through these multilayered offerings, giving guests opportunities to be more balanced and focused as they go about their trip.”

Select guestrooms feature Tonal, an all-in-one fitness system and personal trainer. It combines coaching, equipment and technology for on-demand strength training, yoga, cardio classes and hundreds of guided workouts.
