First Hospitality assumed management of the 99-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fair Oaks (Ind.) Farms. The hotel is owned by Fair Oaks Farms, which developed and opened the property a year ago.
Designed as a contemporary barn, the hotel features 11 custom-designed suites, including ones designed around the building’s two silos. Amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, a hot tub, a fitness center and a business center. The hotel is connected to the Farmhouse Restaurant, Pub & Conference Center, which offers more than 17,000 square feet of wedding, meeting and private dining space.
“Fair Oaks Farms offers travelers the highest standards in hospitality along with a countryside escape,” David Duncan, president of First Hospitality, said in a statement. “This is a unique property, and we look forward to sharing it with new and returning guests.”
First Hospitality is a hotel, management, acquisition, development and consulting company. It operates more than 7,000 rooms across 19 brands.
