Industville Scoop Two Awards at the Prestigious Stevie Awards for Great Employers

It’s huge congratulations this week to our client, Industville, who were awarded a Silver Award for their category in ‘Employer of the Year’, and a Bronze Award for ‘Achievement in Workforce Development and Learning’ at the prestigious Stevie Awards in New York

With more than 600 nominations submitted from across 24 nations, Industville beat off stiff competition to go home with not one but two Stevie Awards following this year’s glamorous awards ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.  This is a great achievement and is one that is thoroughly deserved given the company’s amazing caring culture which nurtures its employees, putting their personal and professional development first.

Now in their fourth year, The Stevie Awards for Great Employers are open to all organizations worldwide and recognize the world’s best companies to work for and the HR teams and professionals, HR achievements, new products and services, and suppliers who help to create and drive great workplaces.  Other winners include many huge corporations such an IBM, Vodafone and AstraZeneca as well as smaller up-and-coming innovative companies who are leading the way in their field, like Industville.

At Industville employees are nurtured and rewarded for their work, enjoying among other things, team building days out, pay day lunches, monthly manicures and massages and ‘team of the month’ rewards, not to mention numerous training opportunities.  The company owners are firm believers in supporting their staff to ensure a company culture that cultivates innovation and achievement

Marketa Rypacek comments, “We understand the value of happy employees. We care about their wellbeing as well as their career progression. We support their personal and professional development and allow them to express themselves in their jobs; this proves to be the most efficient way in growing our company and making them proud to work for us.  We offer a friendly yet professional environment for the employees to progress.”
