Shiji Group has appointed Sven Maas as the new Regional Head of EMEA. As Senior Vice President-EMEA, Mr. Maas will take the leadership role of the Shiji Hospitality business, responsible for the P&L for all of Shiji Europe, Middle East, and Africa businesses for all product lines.
Having already built a strong team across Europe, he will now lead all Hospitality teams across the portfolio to propel growth in the EMEA market.
Prior to his Shiji Group experience, Mr. Maas held a lengthy career of over 16 years at MICROS Systems with various roles, including Senior Vice President of POS Division Europe, Africa & Middle East, Vice President, Strategic Sales (Hotels) Europe, Africa & Middle East, and Director of Strategic Projects EMEA, as well as the Senior Director of Sales in Global Account Management for ORACLE upon acquisition of MICROS.
