Holiday Inn opens in Lancaster, Pa.

The 216-room Holiday Inn Lancaster has opened in Pennsylvania. Square Development owns the hotel and Meeder Development Corporation of Lancaster developed it.

The 10-story hotel, two blocks from the Lancaster Convention Center, offers 19,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The largest of these spaces, The Imperial Suite, The Imperial Blue and Imperial Grande, accommodate between 100 and 300 people and directly connect to an atrium area for additional event and prefunction space. Nine smaller rooms also are available throughout the hotel for meetings, banquets and seminars.

The Holiday Inn also features a full-service restaurant, a 5,000-square-foot lobby, an indoor swimming pool, a 24-hour shop, guest laundry facilities and a fitness center.
