Crave Interactive and Quore have formed an integration partnership for guest engagement and service request optimization. In addition to using Crave’s in-room tablets to view property information, order food-and-beverage, access entertainment and control room electronics, guests now can make housekeeping and engineering requests via the digital devices. Requests then are routed in real time to Quore, improving response times and ensuring more efficient service delivery.
The Hotel Indigo San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is the first hotel to install Crave digital guest directories with integration to Quore. This all-in-one solution processes guest requests quicker and with less friction.
